DumpSmart Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to DumpSmart

At DumpSmart, our mission is simple: to make junk disposal clean, safe, and convenient for homeowners, contractors, and small businesses. These rules are here to protect our members, our site, and our community — so that everyone can enjoy a stress-free experience.

What You Can Dump

Our site is designed for household junk, renovation debris, and general clutter. Examples include:

  • Cabinets, countertops, and flooring

  • Sheetrock, lumber, and construction debris

  • Appliances (non-hazardous, emptied of fluids)

  • Furniture, fixtures, and household items

  • Yard waste (branches, shrubs, non-soil material)

The DumpSmart Code of Respect

We keep things simple — respect is the rule that covers it all:

  • Respect the site: keep it clean, don’t leave items outside the containers.

  • Respect the community: no illegal dumping or after-hours abuse.

  • Respect yourself: follow your membership agreement and use it fairly.

Security & Enforcement

We take cleanliness and compliance seriously. Our site is:

  • Gated & member-only access

  • Monitored by high-definition surveillance

  • Strictly enforced:

  • First violation = $100

  • Second violation = membership termination

Why the Rules Matter

Every member relies on this system. By following the guidelines, you’re helping us provide a reliable, affordable, and long-term solution for junk disposal in the community. One careless act can affect everyone — that’s why the rules are here.Welcome to DumpSmart
